CULTURAL SOUND BAND è una Roots Reggae Band emergente Pugliese, fedele nel groove e nei suoni agli stili originali degli anni '70 e '80.
La band comincia la sua attività nel 2011 supportando vari cantanti locali.
Nel 2013 ha l’onore di aprire il concerto di Dennis Bovell e suonare con lui le famose DUBMASTER e BETTAH. Nello stesso anno esce la prima release della band, un singolo in 7”: Un brano intitolato JAH ELEMENTS cantato da BROTHER CULTURE (UK). Riddim ideato, suonato, registrato e mixato dalla CULTURAL SOUND CREW. Nel 2014 la band supporta il grande EARL 16 in un concerto che offre la possibilità di ascoltare brani come REGGAE SOUND , LOVE IS A FEELING , JAH GENERAL, NO MASH UP DI DANCE e molti altri.
Proprio questo incontro rende possibile un anno dopo, nel 2015, l’uscita della prima autoproduzione su etichetta Italian Roots Records del vinile 12” dal titolo REVOLUTION IS GONNA BLOW, con 4 tracce: un cantato con Earl16 e 3 versioni strumentali.
Nel 2016, dopo molti sforzi, il gruppo fa uscire il suo primo album, “Cultural Sound” sulla propria etichetta Italian Roots Records: una raccolta di produzioni inedite interamente create dalla band. 16 tracce tra cantati, collaborazioni,version e dub, disponibile su CD fisico e Digital HD.
La formazione attuale è composta da basso, batteria, tastiere e chitarre che accompagnano 2 cantanti ed un mc.
CULTURAL SOUND CREW è un collettivo di musicisti, cantanti, dj, selectors, organizzatori e promotori sempre aperto a nuovi incontri, nuove conoscenze e nuove collaborazioni. Irie!

The band began its activities in 2011 supporting various local singers.
In 2013 he has the honor to open the concert by Dennis Bovell and play with him the famous Dubmaster and Bettah. This year also saw the first release of the band, a single in 7inch : A song called JAH ELEMENTS sung by BROTHER CULTURE (UK). Riddim created, performed, recorded and mixed from CULTURAL SOUND CREW.

Just this meeting makes possible a year later, in 2015, the output the first self-production of labels Italian Roots Records vinyl 12 "titled REVOLUTION IS GONNA BLOW, with 4 tracks: vocals with Earl16 and 3 instrumental versions.
In 2016, after much effort, the group released its first album, "Cultural Sound" on its Italian Roots Records label: a collection of entirely new productions. 16 tracks including tunes, collaborations, and dub version, available on physical CD and Digital HD.
The current lineup consists of bass, drums, keyboards and guitars that accompany 2 singers and a mc.
CULTURAL SOUND CREW is a collective of musicians, singers, DJs, selectors, organizers and promoters always open to new experiences, new knowledge and new collaborations. Irie!
